By placing an order on Patoune Store, you agree to the following terms:
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days depending on the product ordered.
Payment
Payment is secure and is charged in full at the time of order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
